religion , be it any hinduism , chistanity , islam is for brotherhood of man. all religions pursue man to be peaceful , quiet and calm . man faces many ups and downs inlife , econo,ic , sociall problem .

many of these problems can be solved if man has proper  time to devote to religion and proper c-ordination with social groups. it is very necessary to have few friends is same social work . modern democracy and proper devotion to religion , definately calms downs modern st day and present  stress
